What is IPTV, and do I need a subscription?
IPTV streams TV over the internet instead of cable or antenna. Yes — you need your own subscription from a third-party IPTV provider. EasyTV is only a player: it does not provide, sell, or host any channels or content. You bring the M3U or Xtream details from a service you already pay for.
How do I add my M3U or Xtream provider?
Open EasyTV and go to Settings → Portals → Add Portal. For an M3U playlist, paste the playlist URL (or load a file). For an Xtream Codes portal, enter the host (server URL), your username, and your password. Save, and your channels load automatically. You can add several providers and switch between them from settings.
Why doesn't channel X play?
Usually one of three things: the stream uses a codec or format your provider encoded unusually, the channel link has expired on the provider's side, or the provider's server is temporarily down. Try another channel from the same provider — if those work, the issue is that specific stream or link. If nothing plays, re-check your portal credentials in Settings.
How do I restore my purchase on a new Apple TV?
Sign in to the new Apple TV with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro, open EasyTV, then go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Pro features will reactivate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your Apple TV, open the Settings app → Users & Accounts → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions (or on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions), select EasyTV, and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
Do you support Family Sharing?
Family Sharing is not available yet — it is planned and under evaluation. For now, restore Pro on each device using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
